You need a healthy, strong nervous system!
You already know what goes in the birth bag. You have been doing the prenatal yoga, vitamins, visualization, meditations, daily walks, and childbirth course. You do all this to prepare for birth and that moment you finally get to meet your baby.
But what you’re missing is training your nervous system.
Mastering the ability to “ride the waves” physically and emotionally - they’re inseparable!
Preparing your muscles and repeating affirmations will only get you so far in birth. And labor won’t stop when your tools run out. That’s why perinatal somatic work is so important.
This work trains you at the primal level, connecting your innate instincts to your mind, allowing you to develop capacity for intensity, and to surrender to whatever comes up. No matter what happens. Somatic mindfulness is the birth prep that most childbirth programs miss. That is largely because it cannot be taught on a mass scale. It is specialized one-on-one work - recalibrating, rewiring, and strengthening your nervous system for the labor your body was designed for.

Because, in our modern culture, we are so disconnected from our primal roots. We are disconnected from our body’s intelligence. We do not create the space to listen to our body’s language and we do not know how to listen.
“How do I know that I need this program?”
Signs your nervous system is weak, distressed, or in need of care:
tiredness, fatigue, or low motivation
depression or often shutting down
anxiety or irritation
difficulty sleeping, relaxing, or slowing down
difficulty letting go of control
a need for constant busyness
These issues are warning flags from your body and must be addressed in pregnancy to achieve a positive birth experience! Your body is so resilient and ready to grow. You just need to give it the right support.
My high-level approach to preparing for birth goes far deeper than childbirth courses and relaxation classes. It is more than talking out your fears and dreams, repeating affirmations, and pain management.

I created this offering because this is exactly what I wanted when I was pregnant with my second, but I struggled to find what I was looking for. Someone who would support my nervous system’s softening in preparation for birth. Someone to guide me deeper into embodied motherhood. Deeper into trust, surrender, wisdom, and clarity - all rooted in God.

Dear Mama-To-Be,
An unmedicated birth doesn’t have to be scary or the-most-painful-thing-you’ll-ever-experience. You may be in the same place I was before I gave birth: intimidated by the horror stories, but sensing that there must be something more to than merely surviving…that birth was designed to transform women.
I know firsthand that birth can be different. You may be thinking, Well, she can do that, but not me. I’m here to tell you that’s not true! Before I was pregnant, my anxiety was so bad that I was in therapy for a phobia of childbirth. That’s the raw reality of where I was starting from. But I knew that a natural birth was worth it and I was determined to overcome my fear.
Come January 2025, I did just that. My birth was calm, focused, and nearly pain-free. Less than 6 hours active labor! I grew so much from birthing unmedicated and from embracing pregnancy for the journey that it is. During that time, I mastered the art of relaxation and mind-body connection in a practical and time-efficient way.
Birth was never meant to destroy us; it’s a powerful catalyst for transformation. You belong on this journey. You just need the confidence to say “Yes!” and the right preparation. I’m here to help you achieve this.
